Mr. Om Prakash Ghimire- Treasurer

Mr. Om Prakash Ghimire, currently serving as treasurer at ICOM Nepal, has actively involved in Nepal’s museum sector for a decade. Previously serving as a director of Dudhpokhari Museum, he now holds the position of founding chair at Punchapuri Museum. Since joining as a member of the International Council of Museums (ICOM), he has been a valuable member and board member of ICOM Nepal. With a Master’s degree in Museology, Mass Communication, and Journalism, Mr. Ghimire plays a crucial role in research, knowledge production, advocacy, capacity building, and raising public awareness in the fields of museums, culture, and heritage.
