The founder chairperson of ICOM Nepal and Board Member of ICOM ASPAC (Asia Pacific) Brigadier General (Retd) Mr. Bijaya Kumar Shahi has participated 2nd Board Meeting of ASPAC in Shanghai, China on 17-18 March 2023.

He also participated in a seminar “Museum, Decolonization, and Restitution: A Global Conversation” organised by ICOM-IMREC and Shanghai University on 20-21 March 2023.

During his visit he has also visited few museums in Shanghai and met with ICOM Paris President Ms. Emma Nardi, ASPAC Chair Mr. Laishun, ASPAC Ex Chair Mr. Kidong, Vice Chancellor of Shanghai University and other dignitaries came from various countries.
